    1.What is Verifica?

    Verifica is a ID Verification and Fraud Prevention platform that allows users that a registered to verify Identifications such as Colombian Cedulas, Foreign Cedulas (CE), PPT & PEP. The service is to act as a security layer against fraud in Colombia.

    2.What is Fraud?

    Fraud refers to the intentional deception or misrepresentation made by an individual or entity to gain an unfair advantage or benefit, often resulting in financial or personal loss to another party

    3.Can It Be Used Outside of Colombia?

    Yes, Verifica can be used outside of Colombia. If you’re located in the US you can log into your account and run an ID of a Colombian or Venezuelan Citizen

    4.What is Identity Verification?

    Identity verification is a procedure employed to validate an individual's identity. Often utilized by businesses, it can be used both in face-to-face interactions and during online applications. Essentially, it's an instantaneous electronic method that checks the personal data provided by a user to confirm their identity

    Of course, using Verifica to validate your applicants would be ideal to help protect your property or your client’s property from and fraudsters. We currently have numerous clients in the Real Estate industry already using Verifica

    3.What is CeroTrust Service by Verifica?

    CeroTrust is our algorithmic Riskscore AI that calculates the risk of fraud from a profile we build based on a set of factors. The network is monitored through our members and AI system to determine if specific person is considered ‘high-risk’

    4.I have an eCommerce / SaaS business. Does Verifica have an API?

    Verifica does have an API that will allow you to connect our platform to your online software. You can read our documentation in your account Dashboard.

    5.What kind of information does Verifica provide

    If you ran an ID on a candidate Verifica application will provide you with verification on the ID whether is valid ID or fake ID, Criminal Background check on that candidate and if the person has any ‘high-risk’ factors according to our riskscore algorithm (CetroTrust).

    1.Is Verifica Legal?

    Yes. A lot of our data we collect is open data. Our AI bot goes out and collects all the data organizes and creates one central system that allows our users to easily access the information. This makes Verifica very reliable system unlike our competitors.

    2.If everything is legal and free open data. Why pay for Verifica?

    You’re paying for convenience and easy of use and the ability to be part of CeroTrust AI network that allows you to be aware of fraud going on in the community. Verifica Dashboard also allows you to easily manage IDs that have been verified for your future use.

  • Billing

    1.Free Trial Account?

    Free Registration will give you 5 Free Credits. If you like the platform you can purchase more credits. Free Credits are Valid for Upto 1 Yr of the Signup Date.

    2.Can I Cancel at Anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel and restart your membership as you wish

    3.If I cancel will I lose all my data?

    You will lose monitoring access. Having a subscription allows Verifica to monitor your candidate and allows use of our dashboard. After 30 days of cancallation you will lose all your candidates. You will have the option to download the data in CSV.

    4.How to Request as Refund?

    To request a refund you can contact us via https://www.verificaa.com/contact and select Refund Request. If you have a monthly subscription. You will be refunded full amount if you pulled less than 5 Verification requests. If you pulled more than 5 then there is no refunded and your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be further billed. If you paid for the year up front you will be refunded the unused months. Each case could be different, please be sure to contact us and we will be more than happy to work with you.

    Note: Credits are Non-Refundable.

    5.Flexible Plan Credit System?

    Our platform is developed and designed for businesses provide KYC and Fraud detection. We opened up the platform for lite personal use at an affordable cost. You can buy as little or as many credits you need to fit your budget.

    6.Do I need a credit card to sign up?

    Yes. & No. Below we break down the options for you.

    1. Monthly Billing: Yes, you will be required to have a credit card to sign up as we use Stripe as our payment gateway and subscription handler

    2. Annual Billing: While a credit card isn't required for sign-up, opting out is seen as a special billing request. Should you wish to utilize an alternative payment method, kindly reach out to us at https://www.verificaa.com/contact. Payments made through these alternative methods will be billed annually. Plus, you will be eligible for upto 35% discount! Below are the payment methods we accept for Yearly Billing:

    7.How Do I Choose a Plan?

    1. Personal Free Plan: is great for those that don’t plan on using the platform as much and just want to do quick look ups for Tinder Dates, if you’re hiring a Maid, Contractor, New Roommate etc.. It has the basic features nothing too fancy.

    2. Personal Plus: is great for those that need to validate more persons per month lite business or personal

    3. Business: For those doing business as Property Management, Hiring Employees, more Face to Face verification

    4. Premium Plan: is great for those doing business online and face to face you can validate candidates via your website, saas application or app. You can easily plug into our API and retrieve validation on the user immediately making onboarding your clients easier and faster.
